Honouring Local Heroes of the Great War

The Bridgetown War Memorial stands as a silent sentinel in our community, commemorating the brave men from Bridgetown who served in the First World War (1914-1918).

This post will serve as a record of their sacrifice, beginning with a list of those who fell in the conflict. As I develop profiles for each individual, I will link their names to provide further information about their service.

My research will continue to expand this record to encompass all those from Bridgetown who answered the call to duty and served in the war. Through their stories, we gain a deeper understanding of the impact of the Great War on our community.
